•4 (6 oz. every) White Fish Filets (any selection)
•Juice of ½ lemon

•6 tbsp hummus
•1½ tbsp minced contemporary dill

•1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 375 levels F. Line a baking sheet with foil and frivolously coat the foil with cooking spray.
2.Place the Barramundi filets on the foil and squeeze the lemon over high. Season with the salt and pepper.
3.In a small bowl, stir collectively the hummus and dill. Unfold evenly on the fish.
4.In one other bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the hummus.
5.Bake till the fish is cooked by, about quarter-hour. Serve.
